Monitoring Reports are the bedrock of accountability – both for operations and for achieving Board-defined Results. They serve as the track record for achievement that guide current and future boards in determining organizational, CEO and ultimately Board success.  

 

The reports in this section are examples from mainly school districts but also from other organizations practicing CG®.  It is our hope that this “bank” provides both boards and administrators with examples to study, analyze and guide your work on reports as you navigate your own path to accountability.

 

We have included any submitted reports for your examination – without our recommendation.  It is up to you to study and determine their value.  We are of course available to you to discuss their merits and deficiencies in our opinion.  You can learn from those well done – and those that demand more focus and rigor.  We may, in the future consider,  with permission,  those reports we have reviewed with our comments for improvement, for learning purposes.
